What other ways do can one explore plaintan, this got me searching and I found this recipe, you would love it, you should be able to get oregano and paprika in the spice section of any supermarket.

Needed ingredients:

• Ripe plantain
• Olive/Vegetable Oil
• Beef (shank or any part)
• Oregano
• Nutmeg
• Paprika
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Blended Onion
• Chopped scotch bonnet/ata rodo
• Beef stock/omi eran
• Powdered Crayfish/fish powder
• Gboma leaves/ugwu leaves

1. Spray some oil sparingly in a frying pan
2. Add the beef shank, oregano, nutmeg, paprika, black pepper, salt all in one and stir fry for a few minutes
3. Add the onion puree, stir and add wate rodo too
4. Pour in your chopped plantian(any size of your choice, but not so small that it disappears after)
5. Add the beef stock, stir again, cover the pan and leave for a few minutes
6. Open and add the crayfish/fish powder
7. Then finally the leaves, reduce the heat, stir again and bring it down

Your sauce is ready🤤..enjoy this sauce with anything, rice, pasta, macaroni, anything😋
