Hi guys how are you all doing?, hope you enjoyed the last recipes, here’s another delicious recipe, enjoy.

• Plantain flour
• Nutmeg
• Baking powder
• Salt
• Onion Puree(grinded onion in paste form)
• Garlic puree
• Margarine
• Vegetable oil

You will also need a chopping board, rolling pin and square cutter.

How to:

1. Pour your plantain flour in a bowl
2. Add nutmeg, baking powder and salt in 1/2 or less tablespoons as desired
3. Add the onion puree and garlic puree
4. Mix thoroughly with your washed hands
5. Add sufficient quantity of margarine and mix more thoroughly till there are no lumps
6. Place the dough on a chopping board and roll flat with the rolling pin
7. Cut out whatever shapes you want to, with your cutter
8. Fry till its crispy and slightly brown

Feel free to eat with any toppings, avocado sauce, tomato ketchup and or just go right ahead enjoy your crispy Nachos.
